Issuing complaint
In order to issue a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. Return / complaint form
Complete the return / complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following information: full name, email or mailing address, phone number, product number, complaint reason, date of purchase and when the flaw occured.

2. Product returning
When issuing a complaint please return the product with all its accesories and a copy of the invoice. Please remember that the customer who issues the complaint under the warranty is obliged to deliver the defective product to our store address at his own expense.

3. Delivery
The product of complaint should be sent to our address:

Returns
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. The parcel must be returned to us in the original packaging. Important! Failure to do so within the above-mentioned period means that we consider the complaint justified. The cost of return is covered by the buyer.

To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the necessary statement and send it to our address along with the returned product / products:

To the package with the statement and the returned product / products, also include all accessories received with them and a receipt or invoice.

Please note that the product cannot have any signs of use.
